Sweet Jane is a three-bedroom, two-bath home that was recently constructed by a local builder who is known for her charming cottages and attention to detail. With its ten-foot ceilings and open floor plan, the home feels bright and welcoming the moment you step in. There are hardwood floors throughout and built-in custom cabinetry in the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry and pantry. The home's landscaping includes Southern favorites like limelight hydrangeas, sedum, gardenias, and althea that add to the cottage appeal.

Sweet Jane was furnished with locally sourced furniture and décor from Monroe's many antique stores and supports shopping local. The pieces gathered were hand-crafted from real wood - not mass produced - and have been well loved over time.
Sweet Jane is literally steps to downtown. From the front porch you can see the Town Green and Amici - a local pizza and wing favorite - is 600 yards away. Monroe's many wedding venues and antique stores are close by and Athens is a short 35 minute drive.
The little pocket community of newly built cottages is filled with friendly neighbors and two community cats.

Deposit is refundable if trip is cancelled 5 days prior to check in.

The balance for your stay (reservation amount less $100 deposit) is due 24 hours prior to your arrival.
